Can I rent for a longer or shorter term than 3 months?
Currently you can only rent Modius for a fixed period of 3 months.
If you would like to rent for longer, you can purchase a second 3 month rental after your initial rental period finishes. You are unable to rent Modius for any less than 3 months.

What countries is Modius rental available in?
Our rental offering is currently only available within the UK.

If I want to continue using Modius beyond the 3-month rental period, can I buy the headset I’ve been using?
We will require the rental headset you have been using to be returned. However, we will give you an option to purchase a new headset.

When the rental finishes, how long will it take for my deposit to be returned?
We will refund your £25 deposit to your original payment method within 10 working days of your headset being returned to us in an acceptable condition. Returned headsets are subject to our Goods In process, and once checked, your headset is passed to our Finance Team for the refund to be processed.

What is the deadline for returning the headset after the 3 months has finished?
You will need to return your headset within 7 days of the end of your rental period.

Is there a penalty for late return?
We will provide you with pre-paid return label and instructions, so endeavour to make the process as easy as possible for our customers. In the event that a headset is returned late, the headset will be remotely deactivated and your details will be passed across to our debt recovery agency.

What needs to be returned in the box at the end of the rental period?
At the end of the rental period, you will need to return your headset, charging cable, carry case and any unused pads & wipes in the original box. We will have provided you with a pre-paid label for the return of your parcel and this gives you instructions on how to return your parcel.

What is the return procedure for my Modius rental?
When you purchase a Modius rental, there will be return instructions included in the box.
Please carefully parcel up your headset in the original carry case and box that you received it and include the charging cable and any unused pads & wipes.
Attach the DHL returns label (included in your box) to the outside of the parcel.
Bring your parcel to your nearest DHL Service Point (click here to find your nearest drop-off point).
Alternatively, you may contact Modius Customer Care (email team@modiushealth.com) to arrange collection by DHL. Please let us know suitable times for the collection of your parcel and we will schedule this with DHL for you.

If I have damaged my headset, will I get my deposit back?
In order to get your deposit refunded, we need you to take due care with your Modius headset, so require it to be returned in full working order and in an acceptable condition. If your headset gets lost or damaged, you are liable for the replacement cost as per the Terms & Conditions.

What if I haven’t noticed any results?
Modius should be used in conjunction with your own dieting efforts, and when you are actively trying to lose weight Modius should help you with the process. If you haven’t noticed any results, there may be other reasons why weight loss is not happening for you. You are not entitled to any money back however (apart from your initial deposit upon return of goods), as this is a rental.

What if I don’t like it after my first session?
You will have signed up to a rental period of 3 months. Our Customer Care team will be able to guide you as to the best way to use the headset so that you do not have any adverse side effects. Modius should not be uncomfortable to use – in fact, most people find the experience very relaxing and look forward to their Modius hour.
