When should Modius SLIM be worn?
In general, we recommend using Modius SLIM while sitting down and at a time that fits with your daily routine. Many users find it best to do their Modius session in the evening (vestibular stimulation has been linked with improved quality of sleep), whereas others prefer earlier in the day. We suggest that you try using the headset at various times of the day to see what works best for you.

Due to the gentle, rocking sensation that vestibular stimulation produces for many people, Modius should not be worn during physical activity as safety concerns could arise. In particular, it must never be used when driving a car or bike, or operating heavy machinery.

How often do I need to use my Modius SLIM headset?
We recommend doing a 1 hour Modius session at least 5 days per week for best results.
It will take time - some notice effects within a few days or weeks, whilst for others it can take longer. Consistency is key!

How long do you need to use your Modius SLIM for?
We would recommend using your Modius SLIM headset for as long as it takes to reach your goal weight. After that, you may wish to reduce down your number of sessions to a maintenance level - so perhaps reducing the number of sessions each week or reducing the daily session time.
Alternatively, you can take a break and restart usage again when you find you need help again alongside your own efforts.
