Where is the device manufactured and shipped from?
Modius is manufactured and shipped in the UK, and ships globally to all countries that we have received regulatory certification for.
Where can Modius be shipped to?
We are delighted by the huge response from customers around the world. We are currently in the process of obtaining certification approval which is required by governments in order to ship our headsets. This process is taking longer than anticipated and we will not be able to supply to all countries immediately. We would like to give our sincerest apologies and will keep you updated on our progress. What is the shipping cost?
We provide free shipping to all countries that we are currently permitted to send our headset to, ie Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.
What is the amount in US dollars / sterling / euros?
The retail price for Modius is $499 / £369 / €419. If you sign up to our Newsletter, you can be notified of any promotional offers.
How will I know when my device is being shipped?
DHL will email you once your parcel has been uploaded to their system. You will receive a second email once the parcel arrives into the country of destination. At this point, you will be given six delivery options to choose from. You will also be able to track your parcel by going to www.dhl.com and entering the number found in the first email you receive once your parcel has been collected.
When will I receive my headset?
Orders placed via our website are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days via DHL express. You’ll receive an email notification when your order has been shipped so you can track delivery. How much is the app?
The app is free to download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How much do wipes and gel pads cost?
Each headset comes with a supply of 100 wipes and 150 gel pads. Prices vary depending on your country of residence. Please click here to visit our Modius Shop to check prices and order.
How do I set up a subscription for pads & wipes?
You can set up a recurring order for pads & wipes by purchasing a subscription in our webshop here (select 'subscribe and save'). This will auto-generate a new order every 10 weeks, ensuring that you don’t forget to order pads & wipes for your Modius, whilst saving you money too. How long does delivery take for pads & wipes?
Pads & wipes are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail / Deutsche Post and take approximately 5 working days for UK addresses. Outside of the UK, the delivery time is approximately 8-10 working days, depending on the country.
How does the money back guarantee work?
We fully expect you to be delighted with the results and want to keep your Modius. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 90 days from the date you receive your headset to request a full refund if you purchased your headset via our website*. We fully expect you to be delighted with your results and want to keep your headset. In the unlikely event that you wish to return the device, we are happy to honour our money back guarantee promise but return shipping costs are not covered.
What is the warranty period that comes with the headset?
All Modius headsets come with a 12-month limited warranty which starts from the purchase date, and extends only to the purchaser of the product from our site. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product. What comes in the Modius box?

If you have purchased a refurbished Modius headset, you will also receive a carry case (but no 90-day money back guarantee).
What kind of charging cable does the Modius headset require?
Modius uses a standard Micro USB charging cable. If you have lost or damaged the cable which came with your headset, any standard Micro USB charging cable should also work.
Are there any refurbished headsets available to buy?
We have a limited number of refurbished headsets available to purchase here. Refurbished headsets come with a one-year warranty. However, they do not have the 90-day money back guarantee.
